Having read this declaration, understanding the risks involved, and accepting them by participating in the Race, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of anyone acting on my behalf, release the Organization, volunteers, their partners (including the Colombian Athletics Federation, the Municipal Mayor’s Office, the Departmental Government, and others), sponsors, and/or their representatives—and any future entities acting in such capacity—from any and all claims or liability of any kind arising from my participation in the Race.
